Check out the write-up in the Larchmont Chronicle! Front page – not bad! LOL…
A new gallery has been added to the website – The Village Theatre near San Diego. This theatre has retained its old-time feel thanks to notable theatre designer Joseph Musil, best known for restoring the 1926 El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood.
Time to post a new theatre page! We have added the Copley Symphony Hall in San Diego to our growing list of historic theatres. What makes this one unique is that they built a modern skyscraper AROUND & ABOVE an intact historical theatre! Keep checking back, we should be posting a new theatre a week for a while – it’s been a very busy spring!
The page for The Vista Theater just went live! The Vista is a well-known landmark in the Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles, showing first run movies. General Manager Victor Martinez is known to dress up in character during movie openings – watch the video and check it out!
We are happy to announce that we have just added our photoshoot of the awesome San Gabriel Playhouse to our website. The new theater gallery and page can be found Here. The theatre is very active, and offers an exciting mix of community programs. Don’t forget to check out the side courtyard – you will find scale models of all the California missions. Another cool thing to see is the restored Wurlitzer Theatre Organ built in 1927. If you are ever in the San Gabriel California area, please stop by and tell them we said hello!
